The People Behind the Vision
The MPG team is intentionally interdisciplinary.
We bring together legal minds, technologists, strategists, educators, and communicators who know how to move ideas from vision to execution, across borders and belief systems.
James Rosenberg, Managing Partner
James Rosenberg is a seasoned technical and marketing writer with a multidisciplinary background in computer science, international relations, and biblical studies. A Dartmouth College graduate, he began his career as a senior consultant at Accenture in Washington, DC, working on large-scale information systems and researching AI applications for fraud detection. A pivotal visit to Israel led him to settle there, shaping a career that bridges technology, education, and cultural heritage.
He has served as a technical writer for organizations such as Intel and Bar-Ilan University, producing high-level technical documentation and proposals. In addition to his technical work, James is an accomplished author, having written three books, including Isaiah: End Times and Messiah in Judaism (2019) and Rak Besorot Tovot (2013), a Hebrew-language compilation of biblical prophecies of consolation.
Currently, James works as an operations manager at the Western Wall Tunnels in Jerusalem, overseeing visitor logistics at one of Israel’s most significant archaeological sites. Fluent in English and Hebrew, and skilled in AI research, system analysis, and multiple programming platforms, he brings a unique blend of analytical, technical, and educational expertise to his work, guided by a belief in fostering peace and international understanding inspired by the vision of the Prophet Isaiah.
Nissim Dahan, Esq., Founder
Born on September 10, 1952, in Tel Aviv shortly after the founding of the State of Israel, the author comes from a family deeply rooted in Israeli history, with lineage dating back over 200 years. His father, Haron Dahan, served 18 years in the Israeli army and fought in three wars, while his grandmother’s family was among the first founders of Tel Aviv in 1909. At age seven, his family relocated to the United States, where each member pursued the American dream through entrepreneurship, education, and public service, shaping a strong legacy of achievement and contribution.
Educated at the University of Pennsylvania and later the University of Maryland School of Law, he spent 30 years working alongside his father and ultimately became president of the family building company. During that time, he personally sold, designed, and helped build approximately 1,200 custom homes and contributed to the development of numerous residential communities in the Baltimore area. He married his wife, Mira, in 1975, and together they raised three accomplished daughters, each pursuing meaningful careers in business, social work, education, and international service. Today, the family proudly includes thirteen grandchildren.
Deeply influenced by a tradition of philanthropy, the family has supported numerous educational, cultural, and scientific institutions in the United States and Israel, many bearing the Dahan name. These include major contributions to Bar-Ilan University, nanotechnology and green energy research, and educational infrastructure. Continuing this legacy, the author and his wife are now focused on promoting sustainability, economic equity, and peaceful coexistence through a vision called MPG—The Missing Piece for Green—which seeks to inspire transformative change through innovative green technology hubs and inclusive economic models designed to uplift communities and create lasting impact.
Doron Ben Dov
Doron Ben Dov is an integrative medicine provider and the founder of Oma Integrative in Maryland. He treats a wide range of pain and health conditions through a thoughtful integration of nature and science.
Doron has participated in research projects at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx and Sinai–Lifebridge Hospital in Baltimore. Through his clinical work with diverse patient populations, he became increasingly aware of the inequalities present in healthcare access and delivery.
In response, Doron established healthcare education programs for companies and schools in New York City and collaborated with nutritionists to address nutritional deficiencies in underserved communities.
He serves on the faculty at Virginia University of Integrative Medicine, where he teaches and leads continuing education courses throughout the year.
Having studied Kabbalah from a young age, Doron emphasizes principles of collaboration, connection, and responsibility as essential elements in creating better health outcomes and a more integrated way of living. Doron’s interest in MPG stems from his belief that new, forward-thinking visions are needed to foster greater stability in the Middle East. He believes that strengthening relationships with moderate countries can create a stabilizing force in the region. In addition to that, emphasizing innovation through the effective use of natural resources—particularly in renewable energy and health care ,can have a meaningful macro-level impact that supports peaceful coexistence.
